A Field Expediant Cleaning Rod

We promote and sell very few products that are not manufactured directly by GG&G, but after testing and reviewing the Rapid Rod, we felt it fit the bill for a lightweight field expedient cleaning rod. It deploys quickly, quietly and safely to field clean your barrel and clear obstructions. It comes in extremely handy for those field emergencies. As you can imagine, it is not as rigid as a one piece aluminum or brass cleaning rod, but who carries one of those when out in the field. We think so highly of it we include one in each of our field gun cases.

It unfolds to an overall length of 35 inches, and will clean rifle barrels up to 26 inches long. Price includes a slotted jag, a brass obstruction removal tip, and black nylon case.Please Note: There are two versions of the Rapid Rod, one manufactured in China and one manufactured in the United States. You guessed it. The company now only distributes the one manufactured in China. That is the one being offered here until we can convince the company otherwise. We tested this unit and found it to be well manufactured and it held up well in our tests so we are continuing to offer it for sale.
