Our Beretta 1301 customers asked us to develop a single round 12ga shell holder, often referred to as a match saver, that specifically fits a Beretta 1301 Shotgun when it is outfitted with the GG&G modified Magpul Zhukov Handguard (SKU Number GGG-3751) or a package of the GG&G Zhukov Handguard and GG&G Heat Shield (SKU Number GGG-3752). Many contended that it was critical to have one more round available, perhaps even a slug for a longer distance encounter.

So here it is, and although this style of accessory is often referred to as a “Match Saver”, our business model is Tactical in nature, and so we approached this from a Tactically Victorious Self - Defense Position.

As you become proficient with the support hand swiping motion, please notice that you are able to keep your eyes down range at your target, while you swipe the round and load it into the open ejection port, press the bolt release pad charging the round, and then swiftly and smoothly return your support hand to the Zhukov Handguard. Once proficient, you will definitely find that it is faster to reload a single round from one of the GG&G Life Saverz, than from a side saddle, a pocket or tactical vest.

• Installation of either GG&G Life Saverz for the Beretta 1301 Tactical Shotgun is easy.

• Just remove existing screws, locate the lugs of the Life Saverz in the proper slots and insert the supplied new screws. The hex wrench is included.
