GG&G American Made Products are in high demand. Due to the incredibly large volume of orders we are processing at this time, all orders for IN STOCK items are shipped in the order they are received. In Stock Products Will Be Shipped Within 3 To 5 Business Days. (Business days do not include weekends or holidays.) Please allow 5 to 7 business days after you order before inquiring about the status of your order.

GG&G does not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped. If you choose to use PAYPAL you will be charged by PAYPAL for the product the day of your order. However, it still may take at least 3 to 5 days to ship your order if the product is IN STOCK. Out of stock items will of course take longer.  

Our manufacturing facility and outside sources are operating at full speed, but due to the incredible demand, some GG&G accessories move in and out of stock daily. If by chance you “Have Been Asleep At The Wheel” and finally woke up to the realization that firearms and firearm accessories are in extremely high demand and believe “they are coming over the wall” and you need the accessory in two days, you need to contact us at 800-380-2540 to check inventory.

Although we start our day while you are still in the rack, GG&G staff take info calls between the hours of 10:00AM and 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. If the 800 lines are busy it’s because they are busy! We do not take the phone off the hook. We have a staff of highly knowledgeable Product Specialists to answer your questions. Be patient and call back. If you want to step up and pay the long distance fee call 520-748-7167. It rolls over to three other lines, if they are busy it’s because our Product Specialists are busy taking orders or answering questions. You can also e-mail us at info@gggaz.com. We answer e-mails in the order in which we receive them. Depending on the e-mail flow, it may take several days to get back to you, but we will get your questions answered.

USA EXPEDITED SHIPPING: GG&G Inc will expedite your in stock order to be delivered within 2 business days for a minimum additional charge of $30.00. The exact rate will be charged at the time the package is shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that a product is in stock at the time of order. In stock orders cannot be shipped 2nd day unless the order is placed prior to 11:00AM Arizona time.

For overnight delivery of your in stock order, add a Minimum of $51.00 to the rate. The exact rate will be charged at the time the package is shipped. In stock orders cannot be shipped overnight unless the order is placed prior to 11:00AM Arizona time. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that a product is in stock at the time of order.

Any damaged shipments must be reported to GG&G Inc. immediately for proper claim handling.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Due to issues of United States National Security, GG&G is no longer taking orders or shipping product to overseas customer's who do not have a legitimate United States freight forwarder that complies with the rules and regulations of the United States Export Administration and the International Traffic In Arms Regulations.

If you are a United States customer who has Special Requirements for overseas shipments we may be able to accommodate you if you have the proper documentation. Please contact GG&G for the information needed.

SHIPPING TO FPO/APO/DPO ADDRESSES: GG&G will only ship to authorized and affirmed APO and FPO addresses.

If you are experiencing trouble entering your APO/FPO/DPO address at check out, follow these instructions:

In the "Shipping Address" area enter the PSC, unit number or box number.
In the "City" box enter APO,FPO, or DPO
In the "Country" box select United States.
In the "State/province" box enter AE, AA, or AP
In the "Zip/postal code" box enter the postal code number which will be a number starting in 09, 96, or34.
Click "Save". The address should be accepted.

Due to the incredibly large volume of orders we process at this time, all orders for IN STOCK items are shipped in the order they are received. In Stock Products Will Be Shipped Within 10 To 15 Business Days. (Business days do not include weekends or holidays.) Please allow 10 business days after you order before inquiring about the status of your order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Delivery refusal for any reason other than damage to the package will result in a 25% service fee being charged to the customer.

All orders are shipped Federal Express or USPS via ground transportation and will normally arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment. Some items due to weight or size may require additional shipping charges and may take longer to arrive.

IMPORTANT: All orders over $400.00 are shipped "signature required". It is the customer's responsibility to notify GG&G that they wish to have their order shipped without this requirement. If the customer elects not to require a signature upon delivery, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package once the carrier certifies delivery.
