AK-47 Scope Mount:
GG&G has been successfully manufacturing the AK-47 Scope Mount with Quick Detach Capability for over 12 years. Yep, there have been a few minor changes as precsion CNC machining has , provided the capability for closer tolerances and smoother finishes, but the GG&G AK-47 Scope mount remains as reliably rugged and accurate as it was when it was developed. It is definitely one of GG&G's high performance optic mounts for AK-47 variants.
AK-47 Scope Mount Specifications:
- Attaches easily to most AK-47 variants with a built in receiver scope rail interface. Please be advised that this mount will not fit a Zastava/Yugo M70.
- The 6" AK Scope mounting dovetail rail meets MIL-SPEC-1913 specifications.
- The accucam QD system allows for easy attachment, removal and re-attachment.
- In tests, the AK-47 "No Tool Required" accucam QD adjustable locking mechanism has shown to have 1/2 moa return to zero or less, when re-installed properly on to the AK-47 side interface rail. .
- The AK-47 accucam lever is serrated on the bottom finger pad to facilitate a secure grip when unlocking the quick detach mechanism.
- The GG&G AK-47 QD System is fully adjustable for a worn or out of tolerance AK-47 side interface rail.
- All edges are smoothed and rounded for the shooter's safety.
- Material 1: The AK-47 scope mount is precision machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum.
- Material 2: The Quick Detach mechanism is manufactured from heat treated 4130 steel.
- Finish: The aluminum Body is Type III hard coat anodized in a non-reflective matte black finish per Mil-Spec.
- Finish: All steel parts are parkerized---manganese phosphated in a non-reflective matte black per Mil-Spec.
