The Bad Ass Mossberg 990 Shotgun is finally a reality. We think we can provide a few tactical accessories to make it even more outstanding, like a Tactical Forend and Tactical Heat Shield that smoothly integrate with each other.

With the ability to use Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing), the GG&G New Product Development Team, thought one of the first additions should be an ergonomic and truly tactical.....Tactical Forend with a mating Heat Shield. This is especially important considering the overall size of the Mossberg 990 and the exposed top of the barrel. 

Although the discounted package price for both Tacti-Cool accessories is excellent, we understand there are shooting styles to consider as well as budgets. We are offering the Mossberg 990 Integrated Heat Shield as an option that you can add at a later date.

The New Tactical Mossberg 990 Forearm is full length and has a large dynamic textured surface area to aid in your grip. Especially useful in stress fire situations. The M-LOK Slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock at the front of the Tactical Forend allow you to easily add M-LOK Sling Attachments, Light Rails and other M-LOK Accessories as needed. The Mossberg Tactical Handguard takes about five minutes to install just like the factory Mossberg forend. No installation hardware or special tools are required.  Check out the specifications below.

The New Mossberg 990 Heat Shield is a full length one piece Heat Shield designed to easily mate with the GG&G Mossberg 990 Tactical Forend. The Replacement Forend or Mossberg barrel does not need to be removed for the 990 Heat Shield to be installed. The Heat Shield extends all the way back to the receiver and completely covers the top surface of the barrel. The 990 Heat Shield provides significant heat dissipation created during high round count shooting. The ergonomics of the GG&G 990 Heat Shield accommodates shooters that like to roll the shotgun over and reload from that position. Please note that the Mossberg Integrated Heat Shield cannot be installed without the New Mossberg 990 Tactical Forend being in place.

• Installation takes approximately five minutes to install and does not require any modifications to your shotgun. 
• The 3D Printed Replacement 990 Tactical Forend is a full length one piece forend smoothly contoured to match the contours of the barrel and front of the receiver.

• Three M-LOK Slots are located at the front of the Mossberg 990 Tactical Forend at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock for mounting M-LOK slings and light accessories.

• Two Small Filler Side Plates and two attachment screws are included to be used if the Mossberg 990 Heat Shield is not installed. These Filler Side Plates are installed to blend in the two 990 Heat Shield attachment points on the New Tactical Forend.
