AR-15 Flip Up Front Sights

When using red dot optics on the flattop AR15/M16, the front sight ghosts in the shooters field of view and may interfere with a clear sight picture of the target. With the use of the flip up front sight, the ghost image and front sight interference is eliminated. That's why for over ten years GG&G has manufactured a flip up front sight. If for some reason the red dot scope should fail, the front sight can be deployed and used in conjunction with a flip up rear sight to allow the shooter to still engage targets. The existing AR 15 front sight can be replaced in a numbers of ways. A GG&G Bolt On Flip Up Front Sight can be used which includes the gas block sight mount. A separate gas block sight mount with a dovetail can be installed along with the GG&G Flip Up Front Sight For Dovetails. This combination provides a great low profile sight. Another low profile flip up sight can be used in conjunction with a tactical forearm. Normally there is no sight mount available except the tactical forearm, so the super low profile GG&G Flip Up Front Sight For Forearms can be used to provide a rugged and quickly deployable AR15 flip up sight.
