Due to the large volume of orders we process, all orders for in stock items are shipped in the order they are received. Most are shipped within 3 business days. (Business days do not include weekends or holidays.) Please allow 5 business days before inquiring about the status of your order. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover.
All orders are shipped via ground transportation and will normally arrive within 3-6 business days after shipment. Some items due to weight or size may require additional shipping charges and may take longer to arrive. |

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international orders must be processed through a United States Designated Freight Forwarder.
GG&G Inc. will expedite your order to be delivered within 2 business days for an additional $15.00. For overnight service add $25.00 to the rate. Orders can not be shipped overnight unless order is placed prior to 11:AM Arizona time.
ALL REQUESTS FOR EXPEDITED DELIVERY MUST BE MADE BY TELEPHONE.
C.O.D. CHARGES: On orders up to $300.00, an $9.00 C.O.D. fee will be added to the shipping charge. No C.O.D. fee will be charged for orders over $350.00
Any damaged shipments must be reported to GG&G Inc. immediately for proper claim handling. |
