Due to the large volume of orders we process, all orders for in stock items are shipped in the order they are received. Most are shipped within 3 business days. (Business days do not include weekends or holidays.) Please allow 5 business days before inquiring about the status of your order. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. GG&G LIFETIME WARRANTYGG&G stands behind every item sold. If a GG&G products fails due to manufacturing, assembly, or material defect, and you have not altered or abused the item, it will be repaired or replaced, free of charge-for life. You need only contact the GG&G warranty department and request a warranty return form be sent to you. Then return the product (shipping is your responsibility) with the warranty return form to GG&G and we will examine the item and inform you of our findings. If the item can be repaired, we will repair it, free of charge. If the item can not be repaired, we will replace it, free of charge. The only exception to this policy is if you have physically altered the product or seriously abused it.
