When you look at the 135 products we manufacture, it is easy to see that we like to give our customers options and the ability to be flexible in their solutions to tactical encounters. So when our customers requested that we manufacture a receiver end plate sling mount for AR15 collapsible stock models that allows them the ability to use both the standard sling webbing for attachment, and the HK style snap clips for attachment, we were happy to oblige. Our Multi-Use Receiver End Plate Sling Adapter For Collapsible Stocks (MURP) is a result of those requests. It will accept up to 1 1/4 inch webbing for traditional sling attachments, and has a special annular feature that allows those slings with HK style snap hooks to be used without having to change out the receiver end plate sling adapter. This innovative sling adapter plate not only allows the use of two different attachment methods, but also allows for the use of single point slings and the attachment of a conventional sling in conjunction with the front sling swivel. As with all GG&G Receiver End Plate Sling Adapters, this AR15 sling mount is designed for professional use being machined at our facility from AS-35 Geneva steel. Of exceptionally high quality, this famous Swiss steel features molecular structure with elongated grains for added toughness. It has a manganese phosphate matte black finish per mil-spec. This collapsible stock side sling adapter can easily be installed by the operator.
