The Aimpoint red dot scope has dominated the red dot scope arena for many years. GG&G has manufactured an Aimpoint mount for over 14 years, starting with the GG&G Aimpoint Standard Ring and Aimpoint Cantilever Scope Mount. Today seven Aimpoint mounts are available from GG&G. As many Aimpoint customers know, the T-1 does not come equipped with a pair of lens covers. Given the number of things that can happen to scopes in the field, it is imperative for the buyer of an expensive Aimpoint scope to get lens protection. In keeping with GG&G's innovative business strategy, we developed an Aimpoint mount that includes flip up lens covers. It is the only Aimpoint mount of its type that you can buy. The GG&G Aimpoint mounts come in both a standard and cantilever scope mount configuration and are available with a normal or Accucam QD attachment method.
GG&G takes pride in making it possible for users of our Quick Detach (QD) mounts to swap out optics while preserving "on target" repeatability. Anyone who has spent time calibrating a scope out on the shooting range knows the value of accuracy, but the people in tactical situations are betting their lives on it. GG&G optics mounts for the AR-15, M-16 and M-4 are made in Tucson Arizona USA from high grade steel and aluminum.
